Sziasztok, valaki aki jártas vps ubuntu 20.4 op rendszerben tud segíteni?

Valamiért nem engedi telepíteni Putty ban a dolgokat, ha update-upgrade t akarok csinálni azt sem engedi.
egy pár sor amit ki ír mikor telepíteni akarok.

Esetleg valaki tud segíteni?
Nagyon újra telepíteni nem akarom mivel rajta vn a webrendszer.
esetleg valami tiltva lenne vagy nincs engedélyezve a letöltés/Frissítés?

Probald resizni a gepet vagy googli nameserver-el.

Egybe kell masolni nem kulon.

Igen elöbb ki próbáltam így se jó, most csináltam egy mentést és újra nyomom ha most is csinálja írok a supportnak.

Igazából nem magyar vps szerver így azt se tudom hol van el helyezve..

Nyílván szolgáltató hibám is van..
.Tiltva van az egész vps kezelő felületem úgy hogy 20 ezer ft van feltöltve a hostingra hogy automatikusan hosszabítsa azt a pár ezer ft os vps-t
írtam nekik egy nagy regényt láttak egy 10 perce és nem írnak vissza..
és semmi féle tevékenységet nem csináltam.. ilyenkor mit tudok csinálni?
plusz multkor win10 volt fent és használtam távoli asztalt és rendesen más is be volt lépve a vps re.. rendesen használta a firefoxot arról is írtam nekik arra sem írtak.
persze utánna újra telepítettem adtam egy nehézkes jelszót akkor már nem volt olyan hogy be léptek.

A VPS zárolva van, ezért semmilyen művelet nem hajtható végre
